Welcome to Former Generations

 

This site has been assembled with a couple of things in mind.

One is that all these people lived and had full lives and I don't want

them to be forgotten.  Another purpose is that I want my 

granddaughters, Adora and Shiloh to know who their 

ancestors were.  That is why you'll see the relationships as 

they pertain to Adora and Shiloh on each of the pages.

 

This site will be an ongoing project.  I'm always hoping to 

find family members with whom we can share pictures or stories

about our ancestors.  I will be adding pages of the extended family, Aunts and Uncles,

brothers and sisters and as many of the cousins as I can sort out 

but at this writing I've focused on the direct ancestors of Adora and Shiloh.

 

Many of the family members were quite artistic or were involved in interesting

endeavours.  I will be including as much of their work as I can whether it's 

painting, photography, woodworking or life achievements.
